It was a typical day in Skylands for Whirlwind. Kaos showed up threatening to beat her and the other Skylanders, so they defeated his minions. They were close to winning this time.
But something happened to her. It all happened so quickly. The sky became dark, an explosion came from the Core of Light, and she was transported into space.
As Whirlwind was forcefully drawn further from her home, she noticed everything was getting bigger. But it wasn't that. She was getting smaller! Panicked and scared, Whirlwind tried to break through the energy barrier, only to get even smaller until she was barely visible to the human eye.
But in reality, while the other Skylanders were transformed into toy figures, Whirlwind actually became code. Video game code to be exact. And she was about to embark on the biggest adventure of her life in a strange new world...

"Please state your name."
Whirlwind got up. Somehow she ended up in a strange place. It was nothing like her home.
"I repeat, please state your name," a holographic man said.
"Oh, sorry," the Dragacorn said. "I'm Whirlwind."
"What is your home game?" the man asked.
"I don't know what a 'game' is, but I'm from Skylands," Whirlwind said.
"Which game are you leaving?" the man asked.
"What are you talking about?" Whirlwind asked, starting to get impatient.
"Miss, you're in Game Central Station," the man explained. "It's the heart of Litwack's Arcade."
"Seriously, I don't know what you're talking about!" Whirlwind exclaimed. "Can you at least tell me where I can find a Portal Master who's willing to send me back home?"
"I'm sorry, but there is no video game character with that name," the man said. "Good day, miss." Then he vanished.
That's when Whirlwind panicked. "Hello?" she cried out. "Is anyone a Portal Master? I have to get back home!"
But no one responded. And even when she did catch someone's attention, they didn't know what she was talking about.
After hours of asking random strangers, Whirlwind sat down, feeling very lonely. "Please?" she quietly asked.
My world is now 1000% better.
