Crossing Sides: Chapter 2

Axel got up in alarm. "Wait, this can't be right," he said. Then he looked at his own body.

Benatar quickly ran over to the bathroom and looked at his reflection in the mirror. He yelped as he got out. "This can't be right!" he exclaimed. "I look like some prep school loser!"

"Okay, what's going on?" Puff asked, confused by Axel and Benatar's behavior.

"Aren't you familiar with the movie Freaky Friday?" DeeJay asked in response. "They must have swapped bodies overnight! Axel is Benatar and Benatar is Axel!" (A/N: Which is why the two will be called by their actual names from now on.)

"That's the most [censored] idea ever!" Puff said. "There's no such thing as magic!"

"Then why am I in a [censored] pretty boy's body?" Axel angrily asked.

"Sounds like something Axel would say," DeeJay told Puff. "And we all know Benatar doesn't swear."

"Okay, fine," Puff said. "So they swapped bodies. How are we going to fix it?"

"Well, I certainly hope it's fixed by tonight," Benatar said. "I can't let Bethany find out about this!"

"Isn't that the chick with pink hair?" Axel asked. "The one who wants to be just friends with you?"

"But she won't tell me why," Benatar said. "She's probably taken."

"I'll just show her the music video," Axel suggested. "That actress did a good job impersonating her."

"Don't you dare screw this up!" Benatar threatened.

"Okay okay," Axel said. "Geez, you need to loosen up."

"Maybe a trip to the Bald Beaver can fix things," Puff suggested. "We never did go there, anyway."

"I don't know, guys," Benatar said. "I haven't been interested in strip clubs ever since I met Bethany."

"You'll thank me afterwards," Puff insisted. "And I can tell you that NOTHING will go wrong this time."
